ลูกติดพ่อ ได้มีภรรยาแยกเรือนไปทำกินอยู่ต่างหาก แต่เวลาที่พ่อตายลูกผู้นั้นได้กลับเข้ามาทำกิน แลปกครองทรัพย์สมบัติของพ่ออยู่ด้วยกันกับบุตรอื่น ๆ ลูกผู้นั้นมีอำนาจฟ้องขอแบ่งทรัพย์มรฎกของพ่อจากบุตร์คนอื่น ๆ ได้
