โจทย์อายุ ๕๒ ปี เปนหญิงมีอันจะกิน จำเลยกล่าวใส่ความโจทย์ว่า โจทย์ตามผู้ชายไปที่หัวรอผู้ชายไม่เลี้ยงกลับเตะโจทย์ตกน้ำมา ศาลอุทธรณ์ข้าหลวงพิเศษตัดสินให้ลงโทษจำเลยฐานหมิ่นประมาทตามมาตรา ๒๘๒ ให้ปรับจำเลยคนละ ๓๐ บาท ฎีกาตัดสินยืน
