Section 44 พระราชบัญญัติอนุญาโตตุลาการ พ.ศ. 2545

หมวด ๗ การยอมรับและบังคับตามคำชี้ขาด

ศาลมีอำนาจทำคำสั่งปฏิเสธการขอบังคับตามคำชี้ขาดตามมาตรา ๔๓ ได้ ถ้าปรากฏต่อศาลว่าคำชี้ขาดนั้นเกี่ยวกับข้อพิพาทที่ไม่สามารถจะระงับโดยการอนุญาโตตุลาการได้ตามกฎหมายหรือถ้าการบังคับตามคำชี้ขาดนั้นจะเป็นการขัดต่อความสงบเรียบร้อยหรือศีลธรรมอันดีของประชาชน
