หมวด ๑ การซื้อหุ้นคืนตามมาตรา ๖๖/๑ (๑)

ราคาหุ้นที่บริษัทเสนอซื้อแก่ผู้ถือหุ้นแต่ละรายตามข้อ ๒ ต้องเป็นราคาเดียวกัน สำหรับหุ้นประเภทเดียวกัน โดยให้นำมูลค่าตามบัญชีและมูลค่าตลาดมาประกอบการพิจารณากำหนดราคาหุ้นด้วย
