ในการเลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎร สมาชิกวุฒิสภา สมาชิกสภาท้องถิ่น ผู้บริหารท้องถิ่น หรือผู้แทนทางการเมืองอื่นใด ข้าราชการตุลาการจะเข้าเป็นตัวกระทำการ ร่วมกระทำการหรือสนับสนุนในการโฆษณาหรือชักชวนใด ๆ ไม่ได้
