Section 18 พระราชบัญญัติการประกอบธุรกิจของคนต่างด้าว พ.ศ. 2542
(๑) อัตราส่วนทุนกับเงินกู้ที่จะใช้ในการประกอบธุรกิจที่ได้รับอนุญาต
(๒) จำนวนกรรมการที่เป็นคนต่างด้าวซึ่งจะต้องมีภูมิลำเนาหรือที่อยู่ในราชอาณาจักร
(๓) จำนวนและระยะเวลาการดำรงไว้ซึ่งทุนขั้นต่ำภายในประเทศ
(๔) เทคโนโลยีหรือทรัพย์สิน
(๕) เงื่อนไขอื่นที่จำเป็น
