หมวด ๔ การดำเนินการของคณะกรรมการ
(๑) ควบคุมรับผิดชอบงานธุรการทั่วไปของสภาวิศวกร
(๒) ดูแลรักษาทะเบียนสมาชิก ทะเบียนผู้ได้รับใบอนุญาต และทะเบียนอื่น ๆ ของสภาวิศวกร
(๓) ควบคุมดูแลทรัพย์สินของสภาวิศวกร
(๔) ปฏิบัติการอื่นใดตามที่คณะกรรมการหรือเลขาธิการมอบหมาย
