หมวด ๙ กลุ่มเกษตรกร

ในคดีฟ้องเรียกหนี้ที่กลุ่มเกษตรกร สมาชิก หรือผู้ชำระบัญชีเป็นลูกหนี้อยู่ในฐานะเช่นนั้น ห้ามมิให้ฟ้องเมื่อพ้นกำหนดสองปีนับแต่วันที่นายทะเบียนกลุ่มเกษตรกรถอนชื่อกลุ่มเกษตรกรออกจากทะเบียน
