หมวด ๙ กลุ่มเกษตรกร

เมื่อนายทะเบียนสหกรณ์รับจดทะเบียนกลุ่มเกษตรกรเป็นสหกรณ์ ให้คณะกรรมการกลุ่มเกษตรกรมีฐานะเป็นคณะกรรมการดำเนินการสหกรณ์จนกว่าจะมีคณะกรรมการดำเนินการสหกรณ์ซึ่งที่ประชุมใหญ่ได้เลือกตั้งขึ้นใหม่ตามบทแห่งพระราชบัญญัตินี้ สหกรณ์ตามวรรคหนึ่งย่อมได้ไปทั้งทรัพย์สิน หนี้สิน สิทธิ และความรับผิดของกลุ่มเกษตรกรเดิม
