หมวด ๘ บทกำหนดโทษ
(๑) ขายหรือจำหน่ายหรือมีไว้เพื่อขายหรือจำหน่ายซึ่งเครื่องชั่งตวงวัดนั้น หรือ (๒) ใช้หรือมีไว้เพื่อใช้ซึ่งเครื่องชั่งตวงวัดนั้นในกิจการตามมาตรา ๒๕ วรรคหนึ่ง
