หมวด ๕ คณะกรรมการข้อมูลข่าวสารของราชการ

กรรมการผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิซึ่งได้รับแต่งตั้งตามมาตรา ๒๗ มีวาระอยู่ในตำแหน่งคราวละสามปีนับแต่วันที่ได้รับแต่งตั้ง ผู้ที่พ้นจากตำแหน่งแล้วอาจได้รับแต่งตั้งใหม่ได้
