หมวด ๒ การกำกับ ตรวจตราและควบคุมทางหลวงและงานทาง

ให้ผู้อำนวยการทางหลวงหรือผู้ซึ่งได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้อำนวยการทางหลวงมีอำนาจและหน้าที่ดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับการควบคุมและตรวจตรายานพาหนะที่เดินบนทางหลวงและการจราจรบนทางหลวงให้เป็นไปตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ เว้นแต่กรณีที่ไม่ได้บัญญัติไว้ในพระราชบัญญัตินี้ ให้เป็นไปตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยการนั้น
