หมวด ๗ พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่

ผู้รับใบอนุญาตซึ่งถูกพักใช้ใบอนุญาต มีสิทธิอุทธรณ์ต่อรัฐมนตรีภายในสามสิบวันนับแต่วันที่ได้รับทราบคำสั่ง คำสั่งของรัฐมนตรีให้เป็นที่สุด การอุทธรณ์คำสั่งรัฐมนตรีตามวรรคหนึ่งไม่เป็นเหตุให้ทุเลาการบังคับตามคำสั่งพักใช้ใบอนุญาต
