หมวด ๑ บททั่วไป

ผู้ถือหุ้นหรือบริษัทจะถือเอาประโยชน์จากบุคคลภายนอกจากข้อความหรือรายการใด ๆ ที่ต้องจดทะเบียนตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ไม่ได้ จนกว่านายทะเบียนจะได้รับจดทะเบียนเรียบร้อยแล้ว แต่ผู้ถือหุ้นหรือบริษัทซึ่งได้รับชำระหนี้ก่อนที่จะมีการจดทะเบียนไม่จำต้องคืนทรัพย์สินที่ได้รับชำระหนี้
