หมวด ๒ การเริ่มจัดตั้งบริษัท

ในกรณีที่ผู้เริ่มจัดตั้งบริษัทคนหนึ่งคนใดตายหรือถอนตัว ผู้จองหุ้นจะถอนคำขอการจองหุ้นก็ได้ โดยมีหนังสือแจ้งให้ผู้เริ่มจัดตั้งบริษัททราบภายในเจ็ดวันนับแต่วันที่ได้รับแจ้งตามมาตรา ๒๐ (๒)
