หมวด ๑๔ การชำระบัญชี

ผู้ชำระบัญชีต้องจัดให้มีการทำงบดุลและบัญชีกำไรขาดทุนของบริษัท ตั้งแต่วันเริ่มต้นรอบปีบัญชีจนถึงวันที่จดทะเบียนเลิกบริษัท และส่งให้ผู้สอบบัญชีตรวจสอบภายในสี่เดือนนับแต่วันที่ได้รับการแต่งตั้งและเสนอให้ที่ประชุมผู้ถือหุ้นอนุมัติภายในหนึ่งเดือนนับแต่วันที่ได้รับจากผู้สอบบัญชี
