(๑) จัดทำบัญชีไม่เรียบร้อยหรือไม่ทำให้แล้วเสร็จภายในเวลาอันสมควร
(๒) กระทำการหรือไม่กระทำการตามที่สำนักงานประกาศกำหนดโดยความเห็นชอบของคณะกรรมการกำกับตลาดทุน ให้สำนักงานมีอำนาจสั่งให้บริษัทหลักทรัพย์นั้นแก้ไขการกระทำดังกล่าวหรือกระทำการ หรืองดเว้นกระทำการตามที่สำนักงานเห็นสมควรภายในเวลาที่กำหนด
