หมวด ๑ การจัดตั้งและการดำเนินการสถานพยาบาลสัตว์
(๑) สถานพยาบาลสัตว์ประเภทที่ไม่มีที่พักสัตว์ป่วยไว้ค้างคืน
(๒) สถานพยาบาลสัตว์ประเภทที่มีที่พักสัตว์ป่วยไว้ค้างคืน ลักษณะของสถานพยาบาลสัตว์และลักษณะการให้บริการของสถานพยาบาลสัตว์แต่ละประเภทตามวรรคหนึ่ง ให้เป็นไปตามที่กำหนดในกฎกระทรวง
