หมวด ๒ การควบคุมสถานพยาบาลสัตว์
(๑) ชื่อสถานพยาบาลสัตว์
(๒) ชื่อและรายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพการสัตวแพทย์ในสถานพยาบาลสัตว์
(๓) รายการอัตราค่ารักษาพยาบาลและค่าบริการ ลักษณะและรายละเอียดตามวรรคหนึ่ง ให้เป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์ วิธีการ และเงื่อนไขที่รัฐมนตรีประกาศกำหนด
