หมวด ๓ การเกณฑ์ในเวลาไม่ปกติ

โรงงานตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยโรงงาน อาจถูกเกณฑ์ได้เฉพาะในระหว่างเวลาที่ประเทศอยู่ในภาวะการรบหรือการสงคราม และเพื่อให้ได้ผลตามที่เกณฑ์นั้น อาจจัดให้อยู่ในความอำนวยการของเจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายทหารได้ แต่มิให้ใช้โรงงานนั้นกระทำสิ่งอื่น นอกจากที่ได้กระทำอยู่เป็นปกติ เว้นแต่จะได้รับคำสั่งจากรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงกลาโหม
