หมวด ๙ การช่วยเหลือประชาชนทางกฎหมาย
(๑) เงินที่สภาทนายความจัดสรรให้เป็นประจำปีเป็นจำนวนไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละสิบของเงินรายได้ของสภาทนายความตามมาตรา ๙ (๑) ของปีที่ล่วงมา
(๒) เงินอุดหนุนจากรัฐบาล
(๓) ทรัพย์สินที่มีผู้บริจาคให้ และ (๔) ดอกผลของ (๑) (๒) และ (๓)
