หมวด ๔ การขอจดทะเบียนและรับใบอนุญาตให้เป็นทนายความ
(๑) ตาย
(๒) ขอบอกเลิกจากการเป็นทนายความ
(๓) ขาดต่อใบอนุญาตตามมาตรา ๓๙ วรรคสอง (๔) ถูกจำหน่ายชื่อออกจากทะเบียนทนายความตามมาตรา ๔๓ หรือ (๕) ถูกลบชื่อออกจากทะเบียนทนายความตามมาตรา ๖๖ มาตรา ๖๗ มาตรา ๖๘ หรือมาตรา ๖๙
