Section 21 พระราชบัญญัติสุสานและฌาปนสถาน พ.ศ. 2528

ผู้ได้รับใบอนุญาตตามมาตรา ๖ ซึ่งประสงค์จะเลิกสุสานและฌาปนสถานสาธารณะหรือสุสานและฌาปนสถานเอกชน ต้องแจ้งเป็นหนังสือให้เจ้าพนักงานท้องถิ่นทราบล่วงหน้าไม่น้อยกว่าสิบห้าวัน
