หมวด ๒ คณะกรรมการ
(๑) ตาย
(๒) ลาออก
(๓) เป็นบุคคลล้มละลาย
(๔) ได้รับโทษจำคุกโดยคำพิพากษาถึงที่สุดให้จำคุก
(๕) ขาดคุณสมบัติหรือมีลักษณะต้องห้ามตามมาตรา ๑๐ หรือมาตรา ๑๑ แล้วแต่กรณี
(๖) รัฐมนตรีผู้แต่งตั้งให้ออก
(๗) ถูกถอดถอนตามมาตรา ๑๑ วรรคสี่
