หมวด ๑ การจดทะเบียน เครื่องหมาย และการใช้รถ

รถใดที่จดทะเบียนแล้ว หากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงสีของรถให้ผิดไปจากที่จดทะเบียนไว้ เจ้าของรถต้องแจ้งนายทะเบียนภายในเจ็ดวันนับแต่วันเปลี่ยนแปลง การแจ้งตามวรรคหนึ่ง ให้เป็นไปตามระเบียบที่อธิบดีกำหนด
