หมวด ๗ ผู้ประจำรถ

ใบอนุญาตปฏิบัติหน้าที่เป็นผู้ประจำรถให้มีอายุสามปีนับแต่วันที่ออกใบอนุญาต การต่ออายุใบอนุญาตปฏิบัติหน้าที่เป็นผู้ประจำรถ ให้ผู้ได้รับใบอนุญาตปฏิบัติหน้าที่เป็นผู้ประจำรถยื่นคำขอต่อนายทะเบียนก่อนวันที่ใบอนุญาตสิ้นอายุตามแบบที่นายทะเบียนกำหนด
