Section 3 พระราชบัญญัติจัดตั้งศาลแพ่งธนบุรีและศาลอาญาธนบุรี พ.ศ. 2520
(๑) ศาลแพ่งขึ้นในกรุงเทพมหานครเรียกว่า “ศาลแพ่งธนบุรี”
(๒) ศาลอาญาขึ้นในกรุงเทพมหานครเรียกว่า “ศาลอาญาธนบุรี” ศาลแพ่งธนบุรีและศาลอาญาธนบุรีจะจัดตั้งในเขตใดของกรุงเทพมหานครและจะเปิดทำการเมื่อใด ให้ประกาศโดยพระราชกฤษฎีกา
