หมวด ๑ การจัดตั้งและบททั่วไป

ให้ อผศ. มีรายได้ ดังนี้
(๑) เงินอุดหนุนจากงบเงินอุดหนุนของกระทรวงกลาโหม
(๒) เงินที่รัฐบาลกำหนดให้เป็นครั้งคราว
(๓) เงินผลประโยชน์และค่าธรรมเนียมของ อผศ.
(๔) เงินและทรัพย์สินอย่างอื่นซึ่ง อผศ. ได้รับบริจาค
