หมวด ๔ การประชุมใหญ่

องค์ประชุมใหญ่สามัญและวิสามัญ จะต้องประกอบด้วยผู้ถือหุ้นหรือผู้แทนของผู้ถือหุ้นไม่น้อยกว่ายี่สิบคนและมีจำนวนหุ้นรวมกันไม่น้อยกว่าหนึ่งในสี่ของจำนวนหุ้นที่มีผู้ถือแล้ว
