หมวด ๒ โบราณวัตถุและศิลปวัตถุ

โบราณวัตถุหรือศิลปวัตถุที่ได้ขึ้นทะเบียนแล้วนั้น ห้ามมิให้ผู้ใดซ่อมแซม แก้ไขหรือเปลี่ยนแปลง เว้นแต่จะได้รับอนุญาตเป็นหนังสือจากอธิบดี และถ้าหนังสืออนุญาตนั้นกำหนดเงื่อนไขไว้ประการใดก็ต้องปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขนั้นด้วย
