หมวด ๑ การจัดตั้งการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาค ทุน และเงินสำรอง
(๑) ในเขตส่วนภูมิภาคซึ่งอยู่นอกเขตท้องที่ที่การไฟฟ้านครหลวงดำเนินการอยู่ในวันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ และ (๒) ในประเทศใกล้เคียง
