ลักษณะ ๑ บททั่วไป
(๑) ศาลทหารชั้นต้น
(๒) ศาลทหารกลาง
(๓) ศาลทหารสูงสุด ภายใต้บังคับมาตรา ๓๙ ในเวลาที่มีการรบหรือการสงคราม หรือประกาศใช้กฎอัยการศึก จะให้มีศาลอาญาศึกก็ได้
