Section 11 ทวิ พระราชบัญญัติวิทยุคมนาคม พ.ศ. 2498

ให้รัฐมนตรีมีอำนาจประกาศกำหนดให้ผู้ใช้ความถี่คลื่นเพื่อกิจการใดหรือในลักษณะใดต้องเสียค่าตอบแทนในการใช้ความถี่คลื่นนั้นให้แก่รัฐบาลได้ตามอัตราที่เห็นสมควร ประกาศตามวรรคหนึ่งให้ประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษา
