หมวด ๗ บทกำหนดโทษ

บุคคลใดทำร้ายร่างกายตนเอง หรือให้ผู้อื่นทำเพื่อจะให้พ้นจากการรับราชการทหารตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ มีความผิดต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่หนึ่งปีขึ้นไปจนถึงแปดปี ผู้สมรู้เป็นใจในการทำร้ายร่างกายเพื่อความมุ่งหมายดังกล่าวนี้ มีความผิดต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่หกเดือนขึ้นไปจนถึงสี่ปี
