หมวด ๕ การตรวจเลือกคนเข้ากองประจำการ

ทหารกองเกินที่ถูกเข้ากองประจำการผู้ใด จักต้องเริ่มเข้ารับราชการทหารกองประจำการเมื่อใด ให้นายอำเภอท้องที่ที่รับเข้าตรวจเลือกเป็นผู้กำหนด และให้นายอำเภอออกหมายนัดเพื่อให้ทหารกองเกินผู้นั้นมา ณ ที่อำเภอท้องที่ตามที่ได้กำหนดไว้นั้น เพื่อเข้ารับราชการทหารกองประจำการ ถ้าทหารกองเกินผู้นั้นไม่มาตามนัด ให้ถือว่าหลีกเลี่ยงขัดขืน
