(๑) สามเณรเปรียญ
(๒) ผู้ซึ่งอยู่ในระหว่างควบคุมหรือคุมขังของเจ้าพนักงาน แต่ให้ลงบัญชีทหารกองเกินไว้ตามหลักเกณฑ์ วิธีการ และแบบที่กำหนดในกฎกระทรวง
