หมวด ๒ การยกเว้น
(๑) พระภิกษุที่มีสมณศักดิ์ หรือที่เป็นเปรียญ และนักบวชในพระพุทธศาสนาแห่งนิกายจีนหรือญวนที่มีสมณศักดิ์
(๒) คนพิการทุพพลภาพ ซึ่งไม่สามารถเป็นทหารได้
(๓) บุคคลซึ่งไม่มีคุณวุฒิที่จะเป็นทหารได้เฉพาะบางท้องที่ ตามที่กำหนดในกฎกระทรวง
