หมวด ๗ บทกำหนดโทษ

ผู้ใดจงใจแจ้งข้อความอันเป็นเท็จ หรือยินยอมให้ผู้ใดแจ้งข้อความที่ตนรู้อยู่ว่าเป็นเท็จ และข้อความนั้นปรากฏอยู่ในตราสารใด ๆ บรรดาที่ส่งให้แก่ธนาคารเพื่อเป็นหรือชวนให้เข้าใจว่าเป็นหลักประกันเงินที่ธนาคารให้กู้ยืม มีความผิดต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสามปี หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
