ในกรณีที่เป็นการขนส่งวัสดุโดยรถยนต์ ผู้รับขนส่งต้องไม่ให้บุคคลอื่นใดอยู่บนรถที่ขนส่งหีบห่อ หีบห่อภายนอก หรือตู้สินค้าที่ติดป้ายประเภท II-YELLOW หรือประเภท III-YELLOW นอกจากผู้ขับขี่และผู้ช่วยผู้ขับขี่
