ในกรณีที่ประธานกรรมการหรือกรรมการผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิพ้นจากตำแหน่งก่อนวาระให้รัฐมนตรีดำเนินการแต่งตั้งคณะกรรมการคัดเลือกตามมาตรา ๒๘/๑ภายในสามสิบวันนับแต่วันที่ประธานกรรมการหรือกรรมการผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิพ้นจากตำแหน่ง วรรคสอง (ยกเลิก)
