บรรดาตราประทับไม้ของเอกชนที่ได้จดทะเบียนและเสียค่าธรรมเนียมไว้แล้วก่อนวันใช้พระราชบัญญัตินี้ ให้คงใช้ได้ต่อไปมีกำหนดร้อยยี่สิบวัน นับแต่วันใช้พระราชบัญญัตินี้ ถ้าเจ้าของตราประทับไม้ของเอกชนประสงค์จะใช้ตรานั้นต่อจากนั้นไป ต้องนำไปขอจดทะเบียนใหม่ตามความในพระราชบัญญัตินี้โดยไม่ต้องเสียค่าธรรมเนียมในการจดทะเบียนอีก
