หมวด ๖ เบ็ดเตล็ด

เพื่อบำบัดปัดป้องภยันตรายซึ่งมีมาเป็นสาธารณะโดยฉุกเฉินแก่ไม้หรือของป่าในป่าใด พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่มีอำนาจสั่งผู้รับอนุญาตหรือผู้รับสัมปทานในป่านั้นหรือป่าที่ใกล้เคียง รวมทั้งคนงานหรือผู้รับจ้างของผู้รับอนุญาตหรือผู้รับสัมปทานให้ให้ความช่วยเหลือด้วยแรงงานหรือสิ่งของตามที่จำเป็นแก่การนั้นได้
