หมวด ๕ การแผ้วถางป่า

ผู้ใดครอบครองป่าที่ได้ถูกแผ้วถางโดยฝ่าฝืนต่อบทบัญญัติแห่งมาตราก่อน ให้สันนิษฐานไว้ก่อนว่าบุคคลนั้นเป็นผู้แผ้วถางป่านั้น
