ส่วนที่ ๒ การควบคุมไม้ในลำน้ำ

ผู้มีสิทธิได้รับไม้คืนจากพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ ต้องชำระค่ารางวัลแก่ผู้รับอนุญาตเก็บไม้ไหลลอยและค่าธรรมเนียมแก่พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ตามอัตราที่กำหนดในกฎกระทรวง ในกรณีที่ไม่มีผู้มีสิทธิได้รับไม้คืนจากพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ ให้พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่จ่ายรางวัลให้แก่ผู้รับอนุญาตเก็บไม้ไหลลอยโดยอัตราเดียวกัน
