ส่วนที่ ๒ การทำไม้หวงห้าม

การชำระค่าภาคหลวงสำหรับไม้หวงห้ามชนิดใด ถ้าผู้รับอนุญาตขอชำระในเมื่อไม้นั้นได้แปรรูปแล้ว ต้องชำระตามปริมาตรของไม้แปรรูป ในอัตราสองเท่าค่าภาคหลวงที่กำหนดไว้สำหรับไม้ชนิดนั้น ๆ
