ให้กรรมการ ก.ร.ตร. ซึ่งปฏิบัติหน้าที่เต็มเวลาได้รับเงินประจำตำแหน่ง ประโยชน์ตอบแทน และค่าใช้จ่ายในการเดินทางเช่นเดียวกับกรรมการ ก.พ.ค.ตร. ส่วนกรรมการ ก.ร.ตร. อื่น ให้ได้รับตามที่กำหนดในพระราชกฤษฎีกา
