หมวด ๑๒ เครื่องแบบตำรวจ

ผู้ใดแต่งเครื่องแบบตำรวจโดยไม่มีสิทธิ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่สามเดือนถึงห้าปี ถ้าการกระทำความผิดตามวรรคหนึ่ง ได้กระทำภายในเขตซึ่งประกาศใช้กฎอัยการศึก หรือประกาศภาวะฉุกเฉิน หรือเพื่อกระทำความผิดอาญา ผู้กระทำต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่หนึ่งปีถึงสิบปี
