หมวด ๘ ถุงไปรษณีย์ส่งทางเรือ

ถ้าไม่มีเจ้าพนักงานอยู่ในเรือนั้น นายเรืออาจรับไปรษณียภัณฑ์ที่ได้เสียไปรษณียากรล่วงหน้าครบถ้วนแล้วไว้ได้และให้นำไปรษณียภัณฑ์นั้น ๆ ส่งต่อที่ทำการไปรษณีย์หรือที่ท่าหรือที่ใดที่จะต้องส่งไปรษณียภัณฑ์นั้น
