หมวด ๔ วิธีร้องทุกข์

ถ้าผู้บังคับบัญชาได้รับเรื่องร้องทุกข์เมื่อใด ต้องรีบไต่สวนและจัดการแก้ไขความเดือดร้อน หรือชี้แจงให้ผู้ยื่นใบร้องทุกข์เข้าใจ จะเพิกเฉยเสียไม่ได้เป็นอันขาด ผู้ใดเพิกเฉยนับว่ากระทำผิดต่อวินัยทหาร
