หมวด ๗ พนักงานศุลกากร

ในกรณีของที่ริบได้เนื่องจากการกระทำความผิดตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้มิได้เป็นของผู้กระทำความผิด ให้ศาลมีอำนาจสั่งริบได้ถ้าเจ้าของนั้นรู้หรือมีเหตุอันควรสงสัยว่ามีหรือจะมีการกระทำความผิด แต่มิได้กระทำการใดเพื่อมิให้เกิดการกระทำความผิดหรือแก้ไขมิให้การกระทำนั้นบรรลุผล หรือมิได้ระมัดระวังมิให้ของนั้นไปเกี่ยวข้องกับการกระทำความผิด
